ALCOHOL AND DRUGS – LIFELONG CONCERN

The Copenhagen conference Alcohol and Drugs – Lifelong Concern will focus on prevention of alcohol and drug -related harm among children, youth and elderly people. The main aim of this conference is to present the strategies and good practices in order to help professionals and voluntary workers to do prevention work in their own country and organization. The special attention is in the Northern dimension bringing together experts from Nordic and Baltic countries and also from North-West Russia. The programme contains future views and global aspects of prevention policy: WHO new alcohol strategy and its implementation to state-, regional- and local level.
